Anarsa/Airsa (अनरसा/ऐरसा)


Ingredient: rice,jaggry,white sesame,oil,water
 

Soak the rice for whole night .
Next morning drain the water from the rice .
Roughly grind the rice in the grinder or on the stone (traditional method)
For the dough preparation mix the grinded rice n jaggry .
Make small flat round structure out of the dough and spread white sesame on it .
Heat the oil on the pan and deep fry till it turns  brown .
Hot Anersa are ready to serve or you can keep it in container for a month.
 
चावल को रात भर डूबा कर रखे और अगली सुबह पानी अलग कर अच्छे से  थोडा  भुरभुरा पिस ले .अब गुड को अच्छे से कूट कर चावल के आटे के साथ मिलाएं . अब गुंथे हुए मिक्सचर के लोई बनाकर उसे गोलाकार और थोड़े चपते आकर दे और ऊपर से सफ़ेद तिल मिलकर गरम तेल में भूरा होने तक तले .गरम अनारसा तैयार है ..जिसे आप महीने तक पैक करके भी रख सकते हैं
