Ingredients :
Wheat flour -2 bowls
Ghee - 2-3 spoons
Sugar or jiggery ,
water
Oil
Take wheat flour and mix pure ghee with it as moyan.
Knead them softly and leave it for some time.
Now make round flat balls from it or roll a thick chapati and cut small disc shape from it .
Deep fry them in slow flame from both sides .Frying should be in very slow flame.
Take a pan and mix some sugar Or jiggery in equal amount
of water and heat it until it gives 2 treads .
Once syrup is ready switch of the
flame and soak those flat balls in the
sugar syrup.
Papchi is ready but wait for 3-4 hrs before serving , slowly it
will dried & mouth dissolving.
Note : Deep fry in slow flame because of
thickness ,it may not evenly fry . wheat flour is healthy for kids.
