Pej/ पेज/पसिया

Pej : When small quantity of grains are cooked with lot of water and drink with salt then the preparation is called Pej .some people use grain flour to make the Pej . It is a healthy drink which gives energy and satisfies the hunger pangs.


पेज : भात (चांवल ) को ज्यादा पानी (अदहन ) के साथ पकाने पर पेज बनता है . लोग अनाज के आटे को घोल कर पका कर पेज बना कर नमक डाल कर पीते हैं . बनाने की विधि में अनाज की मात्रा कम और पानी ज्यादा होता है. पेज से पेट भरा होने का अनुभव और ताकत मिलती है .
