घुघनी -घुघरी :गेहूं को गुड़ के साथ पानी में अच्छी तरह से उबाला जाता है जब तक कि गेहूं के अंदर गुड़ का रस पूरी तरह से घुस न जाये। इसके बाद इसे ठंडा करके खाया जाता है।
