Take a different utensil and boil the small
quantity of water .
Add gud 250 grams or jiggery,4-5 cardamom in the
boiling water and let them get concentrated.
Now check the concentration of the mixture with
the 2 fingers.
When it starts giving 2 treads switch off
the flame.
In the next step ,you have to start mixing
the roasted rice powder with the jiggery (gud) syrup.
You will find difficulties in mixing
process because of the nature of rice powder ,which soaks the syrup very fast.
In the next procedure ,you can add raw
milk/cold milk in the mixture and heat it for few seconds.
Start making the small balls out of the
mixture ,for the better look and healthier version you can stick dry fruits on
the top of it.
