Gulgula ( गुलगुला )



Ingredients :

Wheat flour -2 small bowls
Milk - 1/2 cup
Sugar/Jaggery - as per taste
Water -1-2 cups
Oil  
Baking soda -a pinch (optional)

Take 2-3 bowls of wheat flour in a pan.

Ingredients for Gulgula


Add sugar/Jaggery and a 1/2 cup of milk  in it.

Adding  pinch of baking soda is optional.

Add a cup of water  and prepare a thick paste (not so thin).Also make sure no lump should be remaining in the paste.

Wheat Flour Paste 


Let's heat the oil in a pan and start deep frying to small balls of the paste .

Fry and turn the sides ,till it turns dark brown .

सबसे पहले २-३ कटोरी गेहूं का आटा लें और पानी , दूध,शक्कर या गुड और चुटकी भर बेकिंग सोडा के साथ मिलकर घोल तैयार कर लें .अब कड़ाई में तेल गरम करें और घोल से छोटे छोटे बाल तेल में तल लें और लाल होते तक सेक लें . कभी भी फटाफट सेक कर गुलगुलों का मज़ा ले.
